Refills

Looking to replenish your candle collection or have some empty vessels lying around waiting to be filled? Look no further than Glow to Grow Candle!

Here's how our refill service works:

You have the freedom to choose any fragrance you desire, and if you're refilling multiple vessels, they can each have a different fragrance at no extra charge. Plus, if you're bringing back a vessel you originally purchased from us, your cost is $5 cheaper than the original purchase price as a token of our gratitude for helping further our mission.

For those providing their own vessel, the cost is determined by the vessel's volume:

  • 1 to 3.9 ounces: $15.00
  • 4 to 5.9 ounces: $20.00
  • 6 to 8.9 ounces: $25.00
  • 9 to 11.9 ounces: $30.00
  • 12 to 14.9 ounces: $35.00
  • 15 to 17.9 ounces: $40.00
  • 18 to 20.9 ounces: $45.00
  • 21 ounces or more: $50.00

Feel free to send us a picture of your own vessel beforehand so we can ensure it will work perfectly. While most vessels are suitable, here are a few tips to keep in mind:

  • Glass: We'll check if the glass is sufficiently thick, especially for wine glasses.
  • Ceramics: Ensure they're completely glazed inside.
  • Terra Cotta: Unfortunately, these vessels are too porous and won't work.
  • Vessel Size/Shape: The vessel needs to have a flat bottom, and we'll ensure the correct number of wicks can fit based on its diameter.

The turnaround time for your refill order is typically 10-14 days.

For drop-off and pick-up, you have two convenient options:

  • Weekly Markets:
    • Check out our schedule on Instagram (@glowtogrowcandle) to find out where we'll be next. You can drop off your vessels at any of our shows.
  • Studio:
    • Our studio is located in downtown Brooklyn, right across from City Point at 147 Prince Street. We're easily accessible via various mass transit options. Our studio hours are typically Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional weekend availability. If these hours don't suit you, let us know, and we can arrange a time that works for you, as we live nearby.

Shipping is also available for an additional charge, which will be determined based upon weight and location.
